1. CSI DESIGNS will work with you via email, mail, or telephone to identify how I can best meet your needs and assist you in organizing your photos.
2. CSI DESIGNS will spend may hours crafting your custom album: cropping and matting photographs, completing layout designs using the latest embellishments and techniques.  I have extensive experience and my work is professionally completed.
3. CSI DESIGNS will add creative titles and other design flourishes to many of the album pages. I don't do so on every page as to make sure that the "special" pages have a greater impact and to ensure that there is plenty of room for journal comments.
4. All products provided by CSI DESIGNS for inclusion in your album are of the highest quality available to us and are photo safe.  Your album will be cherished for years to come.
5. At the completion of the project, approximately six to eight weeks from the time I receive your photos, instuctions, and payment, you will receive your completed memory album. Depending upon the type of albu that you choose, you will also receive page protectors to slip on each page after you have completed the journaling.

Your part:

1. To ensure that I lay out the pages in the order YOU wish them to be, I ask that you organize your photos and memorabilia in the sequence in which you want them to appear in your album.
2. If you indicate certain pictures that are particulary special to you, I will ensure that they are in your album. (NOTE: I recommend that you not make notations on the back of your photo as this may damage it. Instead, use Post-It notes to indicate which materials are most important to you)  If you wish, I will work with you to help prioritize your photos.
3. Often other memorabilia (tickets, menus, ect) are not acid free and considered unsafe to be included in your album because the chemicals they contain may damage photographs over a long period of time.  CSI DESIGNS uses materials that are safe and acid/lignin free to avoid discoloring.  If there is memorabilia that you wish to include in your album, it will be mounted on materials that will protect your photos.
4. I ask that you retain negatives and duplicate copies of all photographs provided to CSI DESIGNS.
5. In order for me to purchase the materials for the customized album, I require that you pay half the cost of the completed album at the time you send your photographs to me with the balance due upon completion of the project.

Album Journaling:

1. Although I do not normally add journal comments about your vacation experiences with in the album, I provide plenty of space for you to do so. However, if you desire, I will add your hournaling for you, using your own words that you provide, for an additional charge.
2. CSI DESIGNS will provide you with 2 fade-proof, photo-safe pens with which to do your journaling if you decide to write it yourself.
3. A Hints and Tips sheet will be provided to give you journaling ideas.

Upon Completion of Album:

1. When your album is complete you will be notified.
2. When I receive your final payment, the album, pens, and page protectors, (if required) will be shipped to you.
3. After you've made any journaling that you wish to make, I recommend that you install the abum page protectors to provide minimum protection for your memory album.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the completed album, I will work with you to resolve any issues you may have.  If we are unable to come to a resolution, you may return the completed album to us for half of the price of the album and CSI DESIGNS will pay to replace the photographs using your negatives.
